Nurse Practitioner Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IPS nurse to join our private nursing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients in accordance with professional standards and established care protocols.

Responsibilities :

• Assess patients and develop personalized care plans
• Administer drugs and treatments
• Perform administrative tasks, such as record keeping and coordinating care with other members of the health care team
• Communicate with patients and their families about treatments and care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Requirements:

• Nursing diploma and current IPS license
• Professional nursing experience (preferably in a private hospital)
• Knowledge of nursing protocols and standards of professional practice
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with patients and health care team members
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on patient needs
• Entrepreneurial drive to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in private nursing
