How we work
- Pediatric medical samples available from 2 years to 18 years minus 1 day
For sampling, you must have a prescription.
Once you have your prescription, book an appointment online or by telephone. In both cases, you’ll have the opportunity to send us your prescription by photo or PDF to our e-mail address or by fax.
We’ll answer all your questions.
Once the sample has been taken, it will be analyzed in a public or private laboratory of your choice. Your results will then be sent directly to your prescriber.

Did you know that the Quebec government has made the digital health record available to everyone registered with the RAMQ? Since 2018, you have direct access to your health information and results at the same time as your doctor.
This online service allows you to:
- consult your list of medications received at the pharmacy;
- consult your sample results;
- consult your medical imaging reports;
- consult the list of fee-for-service medical services you have received;
- consult the list of providers who have accessed your health information; fee-for-service medical services you have received;
- book a family medicine appointment online using Rendez-vous santé Québec, cancel the appointment if necessary and view your appointment history;
- register with Guichet d'accès à un médecin de famille (GAMF) and modify your registration as needed.
